Shuttle Truck / Mafi Driver

Our Wellington branch is seeking experienced, motivated drivers for permanent work. Drivers will need flexibility to work a range of shifts up to 12 hours long covering day and night shifts in a 24/7 operation.

The primary task of this position is driving Mafi/Shuttle trucks carting logs on short haul trips around the port, including to the ship's side when log vessels are loading.

Essential requirements for the position are:

? Proven truck driving experience preferably with log cartage and/or within a port environment

? Flexibility and reliability

? Good communication skills

? Time management skills and ability to work unsupervised 

? Ability to meet deadlines

? Willingness to follow standard operating procedures

? Adherence to all safety procedures

? A careful and safe driver

? Minimum Full Class 1 licence
