Relief Driver Class 5

We're on the lookout for reliable Class 5 drivers to provide casual relief cover transporting goods across New Plymouth. If you enjoy variety in your work, flexible hours, and getting behind the wheel without the commitment of full-time hours, this could be the perfect fit.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operating Class 5 trucks to transport goods safely and efficiently
• Covering routes across New Plymouth
• Providing relief cover for planned leave and unexpected absences
• Completing pre-start vehicle checks and basic reporting
• Loading/unloading goods where required
• Adhering to all road safety and company compliance standards

What You Need:

• A current Class 5 NZ driver licence
• A strong safety focus and good driving record
• Previous experience in heavy transport or freight delivery
• Flexibility and availability for casual/on-call work
• Good communication and time management skills
• Reliability and a professional attitude
