We’re looking for a Dispatch Pick Packer to who will support the team leader in our clients warehousing and logistics operation.
In this role, you’ll support the team leader in the day-to-day dispatch activities—leading a team to ensure goods are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This is a hands-on role, as you will be working alongside the team pick packing as well co-ordinating to maintain a smooth workflow, driving efficiency, and supporting continuous improvement within our fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and prioritise daily pick and pack activities
- Prepare dispatch schedules and allocate tasks to warehouse team members
- Assist and ensure orders are picked accurately and packed to company standards
- Complete and check dispatch documentation, manifests, and labels
- Liaise with drivers, couriers, and internal teams to meet delivery timelines
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised dispatch area
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required
About You
- Previous experience in dispatch, pick packing, or warehouse operations in a supervisory role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication, and teamwork abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Physically fit and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift/Reach Truck licence (advantage, not essential)
- Proficiency with inventory management software ERP systems.
