Based in South Auckland - Just Minutes from the Airport! If you've got a valid NZ Reach licence and a passion for both warehouse operations and admin accuracy, this could be your perfect fit.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Safely operate Reach and Counterbalance forklifts
- Load/unload pallets and handle stock with care
- Pick and pack orders using a digital inventory system
- Perform general warehouse admin tasks, including data entry, stock updates, and using warehouse management systems
- Process paperwork for inwards/outwards goods
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure accurate order information
- Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and organised
- Report any damaged stock or discrepancies
- Ensure stock data is entered accurately
- Follow safety procedures and help the team hit KPIs
What You'll Need:
- Valid NZ Reach and Counterbalance Forklift Licences
- At least 1 year of forklift experience (preferred)
- Previous warehouse admin or data-entry experience (highly desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and confidence using computers
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual lifting (up to 15kg)
- A proactive, safety-conscious mindset
