CUSTOMER SERVICE

We try and respond to emails as soon as possible however due to Being at trade shows or being on the road we might have some delay. We endeavour to reply to all emails but in the event that you have not received a response within 3 working days please check your junk box, spam & pop-up filters.

DELIVERIES

We are not able to deliver to PO Boxes so please supply a physical street address for delivery. All orders are generally sent the next working day after payment is received. Payment may take a few days to appear at in our account so you need to allow for this. Please note shipping times can vary depending on where you are located. Rural areas need to allow for a few more days on top of the standard time for deliveries.
Due to the nature of the product we quote you the shipping cost to a depot of our preferred shipping company closest to you. Door to door delivery will be quoted separate.
 
COMBINED SHIPPING

We are happy to combine shipping where possible, please email us with the details of your purchase and we will let you know the combined shipping price.

GST INVOICE

We are GST registered and are able to provide a GST invoice if required at the time of purchase.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Payment instructions are automatically sent to all buyers at the time of purchase. We ask that payment be made in 3 working days please. Please ensure that you note the exact auction number on bank deposits to avoid confusion. Please also submit your delivery address via trade me ONLY - do not email this to us. Payment may take a few days to appear at in our account so you need to allow for this.

WARRANTY

 Warranty Conditions:
  • The Buyer must check the item(s) immediately after purchase / delivery and report any transit damage or faults by email within 24hrs of receiving the item. Stronghold reserves the right to refuse courier claims that are made after this time frame. Please inspect the goods prior to signing for them as if goods are signed for ‘in good order’ we are not able to make a claim with the courier.
  • Contact must be made directly with Stronghold Trading Ltd for approval prior to returning goods under warranty, invoices and auction number will be required as proof of purchase. Photos or other forms of evidence may also be requested from the Buyer.
  • Stronghold Trading Ltd will replace or repair where possible and Refunds will only be offered where a replacement is not available. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Stronghold Trading Ltd will not be liable for any labour cost involved with re/installing the products.
  • Products must be returned with all accessories 
  • The Buyer has the responsibility and expense of sending back any faulty product to Stronghold Trading Ltd. Stronghold Trading Ltd is liable for sending the repaired item or replacement back to the Buyer, except in the case that the returned item is tested and found not faulty or not in the same condition that the buyer reported. In which case, the buyer will be required to pay for return postage costs and the item will be sent back at the buyer's expense.
  • Warranties are not transferable.
  • Warranty valid in New Zealand only.
  • Stronghold Trading Ltd adheres to the Consumers Guarantees & Fair Trading Acts along with Trade Me's Standard Trading Terms and Conditions
