The Powertech Lithium Battery is an advanced lightweight and reliable solution. LiFePO4 batteries are lighter and have up to ten times the battery cycle life over lead acid batteries. LiFePO4 batteries are internally different to lead acid batteries due to the regular prismatic LiFePO4 cells. Featuring internal battery management system (BMS) all cells are uniformly charged and discharged. With short circuit over current and reverse polarity protection this battery is safer than a lead acid battery that is unprotected and can discharge rapidly under short circuit conditions causing fire and damage. The internal BMS limits discharge and manages cut-off voltage to further protect the internal cells. This 200Ah model can provide continuous current up to 100A with peaks of up to 150A. It is perfect for portable power and an ideal replacement of similar capacity lead acid/AGM battery.
