Handling times

Items that are on the shelf are usually sent the same day payment is received, freight or items that still need to be removed from the vehicle can take a bit longer to be sent out

Pick up is within business hours unless agreed otherwise, we are located in Stratford Taranaki

Courier within NZ

This is generally overnight within the North Island and a 2 day service to the South Island, Rural delivery is usually an extra 2-3 days on top of this Please check whether your address is rural here https://www.posthaste.co.nz/address_checker.html

Freight within NZ

We use two different providers for freight depending on the location and the item, Stealth Logistics and Mainfreight, delivery is usually within a weeks depending on the item, freight prices are to Main areas and there may be extra charges to some locations

We guarantee all parts we sell are in working and / or legal WOF standard unless otherwise stated, any warranty is based on installation by a professional. Goods are not returnable if you change your mind or buy the wrong item.

While we try to provide the correct parts we need to rely on the information that you supply so please make sure that this is correct so we can quote the right part for you, If on the rare occasion we do decide to refund correct and undamaged items, freight both ways will be your responsibility and a restocking fee may be charged.

If the parts are faulty or damaged we will either replace or refund in full, proof may be required and goods may be required to be returned before refunding.
