We pride ourselves on our service to our customers. We have many years’ experience of shipping to New Zealand/Australia and send all our parcels with clear and correct customs labelling to streamline the delivery process. There is nothing worse than buying something online and then not hearing from your seller, not knowing when it will arrive or what the situation is, we want all our customers to feel assured and at ease dealing with us and to know that you are in safe hands which is why we always communicate effectively and quickly. We ship all our parcels via a fully tracked and insured international service which includes providing us with an exact GPS location of delivery for added security. Maximum delivery timescales are shown on the listing and most arrive quicker. Please allow for any global disruptions in the shipping network or severe weather conditions.

Full and clear tracking information will be sent to the winning buyer’s email address, please check your spam folder if not received.

All parcels are shipped twice weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays only.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct on Trade Me as we use this information to dispatch and incorrect shipping addresses can cause delays.

Many New Zealand businesses use P O Boxes for delivery of their parcels and have no postal delivery, please check with your company if they have a P O Box and provide that address as giving an incorrect street address of a company that does not accept parcels can cause delays if items have to be redirected to the P O Box in question. We are more than happy to send items to friends and family as gifts in other countries worldwide and can accommodate gift wrapping and personal cards by request.

All photographs are taken in natural light and are not enhanced in any way they are zoomed in to show the detail of the item and are not to scale. Please refer to the description for measurements and sizes. Photos taken on display mannequins are to give an indication of how the item sits e.g on a finger or neck and may look different on individuals depending on size, shape etc and are provided as a guide only.

Used & antique items

Due to the nature of what we sell all items are pre-owned unless stated otherwise. There may be wear, surface marks and blemishes in places as there is in all pre-loved jewellery and other items. Any damage will be pointed out in the detailed description of the item.

Our Jewellery

Unlike many sellers we only sell what we have in stock. All items that are in our store are available for immediate despatch. We only ever have one of each antique item in stock as each piece is sourced individually and checked for quality and beauty. We would never sell anything we have not personally inspected and have in our stock.

Ring Sizing

All ring sizes are in British sizes. For international ring size conversions please go to ringsizes.co. Local jewellers within New Zealand or Australia can normally resize rings easily and listings will state whether a ring can be resized or not.

Valuations

Some of our antique and precious items come with registered jewellers valuations and these are normally UK insurance valuations. We do not have all items valued to keep the cost down to our buyers.

Boxes/displays

Boxes and displays used for our listings and are for display only. All items are sent very well protected to ensure no damage in transit.

If you require special gift wrapping or notes with your order please contact us we can do this by request.

Gemstones/carat weight

Most gemstone set jewellery prohibit comprehensive determination of exact gemstone carat weight due to the restrictions when in a setting. We do not remove already set gemstones to give an exact carat weight. All carat weights given are approximate in already set jewellery and are intended as a guide only.

GST Inclusive Pricing

All prices and shipping shown on our listings are inclusive of GST which is charged by trademe for NZ customs on imported goods. All packages sent state that GST has been paid and this is noted on the customs documentation.

We are a family business and we have many repeat customers, we pride ourselves on our service to our customers. All orders are dispatched with clear tracking information sent via email.
