Change of Mind Return Policy It will be covered by a change of mind policy if you decide to change your mind, the item does not match the original purpose, or it was purchased by mistake. The products must be in their original packaging and in new condition. Failure to do so may result in the refund being denied. Refund - The total refund will be less the initial shipping, handling charge, and 5% administration fee paid to send the product.

Damaged Return Policy If you get a damaged box or item, please notify us within 24 hours. To avoid damaged delivery, we ensure that our items are packaged securely. Please send a photo/video showing the damage in order to review by our team and will respond with further steps/instructions. Damaged items/packages will be collected by the courier company and will be assessed. You will be entitled to a refund or replacement.

Faulty Return Policy If you have any problems with the product, such as it not operating correctly, please contact our customer care staff right once. In order to remedy the problem, you should attach a photo or video of the problem. It will be assessed by the team and further instructions will be given. For minor issues – Our team can offer some instructions to fix the issue or we can send spare parts. For major issues – Our team will execute a new replacement right away without collecting the damaged goods. __Product not as described __ We guarantee you that all items we offer are fitted for their general or specific purposes included in the listing information. If the criteria cannot be met, you are entitled to report it to our customer support team and it can be replaced or refunded. However, please make sure that it will be within 14 days after the products arrive at your delivery address. A photo/video of the item’s condition is required for assessment. Products are required to be inside the original package and unused condition. Failure to do so might deny the refund.

Product Warranty 12 Month Warranty Terms and Conditions

Anyco offers a 12-month warranty for goods that are specifically mentioned in the product listing on this website as having a 12-month warranty.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the International Consumer Law. A significant failure entitles you to a replacement or refund. You have the option of having the products fixed (for minor defects) or replaced if they are of poor quality.

If the products have a minor fault, we can offer a partial refund if you decided to retain them; however, if the failure of the goods is serious and cannot be remedied, we will replace them or issue a refund for the whole purchase price, according to the terms and circumstances of this guarantee (in the event that it is not possible to repair the goods or a replacement is unavailable).

If goods are damaged or defective upon delivery, you must provide photos for verification.

Before returning the equipment to us for replacement, or refund, we demand that your report be authenticated by one of our personnel by sending photographic evidence such a photo of the product and its packaging box.
