We do ship from the UK though and although we try our best to get your product to you as fast as possible, please allow 14-21 working days for your product to arrive.

We ship with our courier that gets the product to New Zealand. From there Post NZ will take over and finish the last leg of your eyewear’s journey.

If you are not satisfied or changed your mind about your purchase, you may request to return the item(s) within 14 days from the arrival date at your expense. The item must be returned with all the original accessories and packaging. The product must be in a resellable condition.

We have an Australian returns address or you can send them back to our UK address. It is up to you.

We dispatch every order the same day Mon-Fri that is placed within the cut-off time. So, you don’t have to wait long for us to get it out our door. How long it takes to get to you depends on your location. We say you should wait around 14 to 21 days

Can I track my order?

Yes! We send all our products tracked and you should get a tracking number when we confirm our shipping. If you don’t get one, drop us message through Trade Me and we will send it your way.

How do I return my order?

Start off by dropping us a message so we can discuss the best way forward. The easiest way to return your order is to put everything you received back in the box it came in, in its original condition. Quickly write down the reason for your return on your invoice so we can make the return process quicker. Then, send it back to our Australian returns centre or back to us in the UK, it’s up to you.
