Order Cancellation:
Once an order is placed, it is automatically processed and prepared for shipment. Therefore, order cancellation and full refunds are not possible after shipping arrangements have been made. If you still wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped, the cancelled items must be returned to our facility before a refund can be issued. Please note that a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Defective Product Exchange:

It is important to note that once shipping arrangements have been made, cancellation and full refunds are not possible for defective product exchanges.
