Shipping Cost

Most of our products are free of postage, very few need to pay for postage, we provide reasonable shipping costs and fast shipping

Shipping Method

We use NZ Post, YunExpress, 4PX Express, Yanwen to deliver orders. When we dispatch your item to you, an email confirmation will be sent. If possible the item will be left in a secure location at the address specified.

Shipping Times

We ship from overseas warehouses, and the transportation time is estimated to be 8-10 working days. If there is an abnormality in the logistics, it may be delayed for a few days. We will ensure the safety of the package and high-quality customer service

If there is a holiday, there may be a delay, such as New Year holidays, Christmas holidays, etc.

Change of Mind Returns Policy

Any rights you have under this policy in relation to your product are additional to any rights you may have under consumer laws.

If you change your mind about your online purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund to the value of the purchased goods. This applies to full price, sale and clearance items but excludes goods sold as “seconds”.

Goods purchased online must be returned in unused condition, in original packaging (with tags attached) with proof of purchase within 60 days of the purchase date. You will need to return the product to us by post.

Returns Process Fill out the bottom section of your packing slip, indicating reason for return as specified in the form.

For your security and protection, please DO NOT include your credit card details on this form or in any correspondence.

We will provide a refund for a product purchased online in the same form as your original payment. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your refund. Processing times may take longer during sale periods. We do not cover the cost of delivery back to our warehouse. We will not refund the original delivery charges for a change-of-mind return. It is your responsibility to return the item to us in a safe way. We are not responsible for items being returned to us which are lost or damaged in transit.
