Bulk order

We supply to all sorts of businesses and always keep large stocks. If you are wanting to talk to us about bulk orders that are not listed on our trademe you are welcome to contact us.

We ship in 1-3 business days and the courier company takes 1-3 business days to deliver. So your parcel will be delivered to you in 1- 6 working days. You will be able to find the tracking details under your trade me purchase link.

Faulty Products If you receive a product that is faulty or not in accordance with your expectations, please promptly inform us, providing pictures of the issue. We are committed to resolving the problem to your satisfaction. Depending on your preference, we may offer: Replacement: We can send you a replacement product. Refund: You can choose to receive a full refund for the faulty item. Partial Refund with Product Retention: If you decide to keep the product despite the issue, we may offer a partial refund. Incorrect Products or Sizes Sent If you receive the wrong product or size due to our error, please do not open it. Instead, inform us immediately, and we will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you at our expense.

Change of Mind or Dissatisfaction If you change your mind about a purchase or are dissatisfied with it, you have the option to return the item within 7 days of its delivery. However, please note the following conditions: The item must be in its original and sell-able condition with all packaging and tags intact. In cases of change of mind or incorrect order placement by the customer, a deduction of $10 will be applied to cover the cost of sending the goods.

Hygiene Considerations For hygiene reasons, we regret that we cannot accept returns of mattress toppers, mattress protectors, and anti-bed bug protectors unless they are found to be faulty.

Shipping Costs for Returns In instances where the return is necessitated by damaged or incorrectly dispatched items by our team, we will assume responsibility for all associated shipping costs. This includes the expenses related to returning the item and shipping the correct items to you. All return requests are subject to our review and verification process. Size

Our sheets are bigger than normal sheets as they are made for commercial use. The fitted sheets are also very deep. For each fitted sheet depth please see our product description.

We provide a range of different products. In each product we have so many variations! Now you might want our opinion on what is the best for your needs.
