Just love this product, it has been a game changer for walking my dog. Great hassle free trade, product turned up really quickly and was exactly as advertised.

Due to a very strong smell of burnt plastic from the backpack I gave them a red face. Pet Factory sent out another backpack that has the same burnt smell.I aired the bag for 2 days which helped a little, but is still far too strong and not usable. After returning the backpack to Pet Factory they issued a full refund. From start to finish Alex of Customer Support was extremely helpful and supportive.. Even though the product is not fit for purpose, Customer service was excellent.
