Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched unless a trade account is held. If payment is not made at the time of ordering, you will receive a sales order confirmation via email along with payment details. We offer the following payment options: Call us if you’d like to use:

1. Debit/Credit card
2. Farmlands card
3. Bank transfer

Otherwise, proceed with one of the following options:

1. Ping (Trademe orders)
2. Afterpay (Trademe orders)
3. 20th month following order delivery (Account holders only)

We use the following freight partners for all deliveries around New Zealand:

1. Post-Haste Two-Day Service is used for all standard deliveries
2. NZC is used for all urgent or overnight deliveries, however additional charges will apply.
3. Mainfreight or PBT (depending on your location) is used for large and bulky items, which is normally a two to three-day service. If you have specific delivery requirements, please ensure that you advise us at time of order so we can accommodate your needs.
4. Click and collect from our Nelson and Auckland warehouses between 7am and 5pm on weekdays. Please contact us prior to ensure we have the items in stock and ready for collection before arriving at our warehouse.

Please note that rural deliveries and isolated area deliveries (Waiheke, Great Barrier, Chathams and Stewart Island) can increase these timeframes.

Please ensure to provide your complete shipping address (we do not ship to PO Boxes), including any relevant business name, and delivery instructions when placing your order. If your address is incomplete, we will contact you as soon as possible to make corrections. This may incur an extra delivery fee if we are charged for a second courier delivery.

If multiple items are purchased in a single transaction, it is possible that the items will be dispatched from multiple warehouse locations. Dangerous Goods – Gas cylinders, aerosols and chemicals are classified as dangerous goods (DG), therefore they will be shipped separately and may take an extra 1-2 days to arrive.

A copy of your tax invoice and tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Proline Industrial will ensure that our obligations under all New Zealand acts are met. If a product is faulty within its warranty period, we will arrange to have it repaired by our service team or replaced by the supplier.

The cost of returning a faulty product that is within its warranty period (to the appropriate location) is to be covered by the customer, as Proline Industrial offers return-to-base warranties. Proline Industrial’s service team will then assess the item and contact the customer with the best possible solution – repair or replacement. We will cover the delivery cost to return the repaired or replaced item to the customer.

Any returns outside of faults or warranty may incur a restocking fee and delivery costs will need to be covered by the customer. Any items returned due to a change of mind or chosen incorrectly need to be in original unopened packaging. No returns will be accepted unless contact has been made prior to the return, and acceptance of the return is issued in the form of an email with a " Return Authorisation " number provided to be attached to the returned item.

3. Can I view the item before purchasing? Yes, we have a showroom in both Nelson & Auckland. Phone us on 0800 699 353 to check stock is available at your chosen location and to arrange a viewing time
4. Can the item be returned it if it is faulty or I change my mind? Yes, please check the returns section of our Trademe store for full details before returning items.
