Purchases can be paid by Cash on pickup, Credit Card by arrangement on pickup or via Ping, bank deposit and Trademe PayNow / Ping. Please make sure when paying by bank deposit/online bank transfer that you use the Auction number as the Reference. This will ensure your order is processed quickly as soon as we see the payment in our account. Auctions closing on weekends or public days will not be sent out until the next working day after payment is received. Payments made via Bank transfer on weekends may not show on our account till the following Tuesday. Auctions need to be paid for within 5 working days from time of purchase.

Invoicing and GST A GST invoice will be produced and sent with your parcel and via Email upon shipping. You can also request a copy of your invoice via Email. All prices are in NZD and including GST.

We ship 5 days a week (Mon-Fri). Goods will be sent the same day your purchase is confirmed and payment is received. Our shipping cut off time is 3pm. All courier items are shipped via Courier Post overnight tracked courier. You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details when your order is dispatched.

Combined shipping Combined shipping is encouraged, simply pay the highest courier charge of any item and the rest travel free, any amount!

SafenSecure’s warranty policy by default covers our products for 12 months return to base from the purchase date. Our warranty covers any fault, defect or failure that occurs as a result of the manufacturing process. Damage or faults as a result of misuse, abuse, accident, or wear and tear are not covered by our warranty policy.

To claim a fault that is covered under warranty please Email us including as much detail as possible (including a photo of the fault if possible) so that we can assess the problem and advise of a solution. This could be either a repair, replacement or refund. We reserve the right to provide the best possible solution based on availability of stock.

When are my goods shipped? Goods are shipped once purchase has been completed Monday to Friday before 3pm
