I am writing regarding the auction I recently won for a storage unit. I contacted the seller, Paul, to arrange collection on the agreed-upon date. I arrived at the storage depot as planned and was met by what I believe was Paul's son. Upon opening the unit, I was shocked to discover that it was completely empty. There were no items whatsoever inside. The individual attempted to contact Paul, but ultimately claimed that the unit's lock was missing, and therefore, someone else might have removed.
