Payment is expected within 3 working days of the close of auction or up to 7 days if you like to combine multiple items. Payment can be made by Internet Banking, Bank Deposit, or Pay Now / Credit Card.

Please allow 1-3 working days for the payment to clear before the item is sent. Please email us with any concerns.

Items will be sent on the next business day after sighting the payment.

Enjoy the $1 shipping fee for the additional item you bid. Which will significantly reduce your shipping cost of online purchasing.

If you are willing to combine items, please wait until all your auctions finished! You can wait up to 7 days from your first auction win to make payment. Pay all the items and shipping fee at once will make things easier.

If you receive any faulty ones by accident, we will replace or refund upon return, if contact is made within 3 days of the products received.

If you are just unsatisfied with the item for ANY reason, simply leave the tags on and contact us immediately. Pop your item in the parcel within THREE DAYS of receipt, and post it back for a full refund. If this is the case, buyer need to pay for shipping item(s) back to us and item(s) must be returned in original condition.

Due to the intimate nature, we cannot accept returns on all Lingerie ranges.
