Combine Shipping

If you order more than one item, Please choose to pay the full postage (Urban or Rural) for first item then choose the additional item postage for others.

Delivery

We usually dispatch orders on the same working day or next working day once payment is received. We use the COURIER POST as the shipping supplier. Your order should be delivered within 1-2 working days in the most of area of the New Zealand once the TRACKING is up line. Rural delivery should be taken 1-3 working days. Delays may occur during public holidays.

For Australian Customers

If the auction status as it can be send to AUS then please choose the AUS postage. Please note the AUS postage is per item only(NO COMBINE POSTAGE). If you don't choose the AUS postage then your order will not send to AUS. You will lost everything because the machine recognize the AUS postage only but not AUS address so you order will be sent to the address where you provided but in the NZ.

Our business hours are 10:00AM – 4:00PM week days. Any emails, questions or queries will be responded as soon as possible or on the next working day. Due to the large volume of emails we receive, email response can take up to 36 hours WITHIN NORMAL WORKING HOURS. It is Company Policy to reply to ALL emails. However, if you have not received a response within 48 hours(Not Includes weekend or public holidays), please check you junk box, spam & pop-up filters.

We will contact you if any problems about your order. However, We can only send an email to your trademe membership email address. If you have not received your order upon 3 working days of payment is made. Please kindly check your email includes junk box, spam or send us an email.

Purchase

If you need to change any details for your order, such as changing the address or ordered a wrong item or any other reasons. Please contact us with your order reference within ONE HOUR after payment is made. We reserve the rights to refuse any claims that are made after this time frame.

Feedback:

We recommend that Buyer leave their feedback after their items are received. Please contact us FIRST to fix any problems or issues BEFORE placing negative feedback. Negative feedback does not solve any problem.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be offered on items that arrive Dead on Arrival, AND we are unable to repair the item or provide a replacement of equal or greater functionality.

Refunds will not be offered if items are not compatible with buyers system OR buyer is unable to operate or assemble item. Buyer must ensure that systems are checked for compatibility prior to purchase

Refunds will not be offered after the item has been used.

Products must be returned with all accessories including their original packing materials, cartons and boxes to eligible for refund.

Refunds will not be considered if:

1 You simply ‘change your mind’ 2 Item is ‘not what you expected it to be’ or ‘not what you imagined it to be’

All items must be returned to us for full assessment BEFORE refund will be issued.

Refunds are processed by us at the end of each week.

Warranty

Warranty Policy:

If listing does not contain any warranty information then we will provide a 30 day Return to Base warranty.

We will replace your item if it is found to be Dead On Arrival (DOA).

The Buyer must check their item immediately and report any damages or faults to the seller by e-mail within 48 hours of having received their item. We reserve the rights to refuse any claims that are made after this time frame.

Buyer has the responsibility and expense of sending back the faulty item.

The return postage must be paid entirely by the Buyer. We will repair the item where possible or send a replacement. Refunds will only be offered where a replacement is not available

All warranty claims must be made by the original buyer of the item. Warranty is not transferable beyond original buyer

All accessories and bonus gifts are not covered by warranty.

Delivery docket, buyer details will be required as proof of purchase.

Warranties are not transferable beyond the original buyer and valid in New Zealand only.
