Listing said 7-14 days and I ordered 27 March for an early May birthday party. In mid-April I followed up with seller and was told it takes 14-24 days. On 3 May I asked for a refund as they hadn’t arrived in time for the party. The reply was to wait a little longer because they’d be clearing customs. When I insisted on a refund I didn’t hear from the seller again. I only obtained a refund because I’d paid through TM and I disputed the transaction. 10 May and the item still hasn’t arrived

After 14 working days it had not arrived, so I e-mailed, and the response was that shipping is 14-24 working days. Perhaps you should update your listings to reflect more accurate shipping times so that products could be purchased with that in mind if they are needed by a certain date.
