We accept payments through Pay Now, Bank Transfer & AfterPay. Pay Now allows you to pay instantly for your purchases by credit or debit card on Trade Me.

We aim to deliver your products as quickly as possible. Stock permitting, all orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours.

You will receive an automated email from our couriers once your order has been dispatched. This will allow you to track your order. If you have multiple products within your order you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

Small and Standard Item orders to main New Zealand towns and cities will usually be delivered 2-4 working days after your order has been dispatched. Please allow 5 working days for deliveries for small towns and Rural Deliveries.

All delivery timeframes are estimates only. Transit times do not include weekends or public holidays. Unfortunately from time-to-time, due to circumstances outside our control orders may take longer to arrive.

Collect your ZUCA purchase and SAVE on the delivery charge. Collections: Monday to Friday between 9:30-4:00pm only. Please advise which day and time you are collecting, so that your order is ready when you arrive. Thank you.

We understand that buying furniture online can sometimes be tricky. So, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer you a refund, exchange or gift card.

From receipt of your order you have 14 days to return/exchange items.

Products must be in new, unused and fully resaleable condition, in the original box and packaging and be accompanied by printed proof of purchase.

We are happy to provide a quote to collect the item(s) directly from you and return them to our warehouse.

Zuca will refund the original purchase price for the item(s). The delivery charge from Zuca, and the cost to return the product to Zuca will not be reimbursed.

Please note our change of mind policy does not apply to office chairs if they have been made up and the gas piston has been released.

In the unlikely event that a product purchased from Zuca is faulty or damaged, you are entitled to the right of repair, replacement or a refund. On receipt of goods, please check the contents of your order carefully to ensure that there is no damage or discrepancies. If any part of your order is damaged please advise the carrier and make note on any documentation that you sign that it has arrived in a damaged state. Then please advise Zuca within 24 hours.

Q. Do you have a showroom where I can view your products? A. Yes, we have a showroom in Wellington. It is located at Unit 4, 18 Northpoint Street, Plimmerton, Porirua 5026. Our showroom hours are Monday to Friday between 9:00-4:00pm.

Q. Do you have a showroom in Auckland? A. No, unfortunately we only have a showroom in Wellington. If you want any additional details about any of our products feel free to email or phone us. We are more than happy to answer any questions you may have.

Q. Can I collect my order? A. Yes, by choosing to collect you can save the delivery fee. Our showroom is open for collections Monday to Friday between 9:30-4:00pm.

Q. How much does shipping cost? A. The delivery fee is listed on each item. The delivery fee depends on the type of product you are purchasing (in particular, the size and weight of an item). If you are purchasing multiple items you will just pay one delivery fee per address.

Q. Do you ship to rural addresses? A. Yes, we charge the same shipping fee for rural and urban addresses.

Q. Do you ship to PO Boxes or Private Bags? A. No, for security reasons we only ship to a physical residential or business addresses.

Q. Can I track my order? A. Yes, once your order is dispatched you will receive an email notification with a tracking link.

Q. Does someone need to be home to accept my delivery? A. Our carrier requires a signature as proof of receipt, however if you know you are not going to be home you can grant us authority to leave the items without a signature. Write in the comments section where you would like your items left.

Q. Do you ship outside of New Zealand? A. Currently we do not, but please do email us with any queries at mailto:sales@zuca.co.nz

Q. How long does delivery take? A. Most orders placed before 11am will be processed and dispatched that day. Orders placed after 11am, on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will be processed and dispatched the following business day. Once orders are dispatched they take 1-3 days to reach main centres, and 2-4 days to reach everywhere else in the country. But this can sometimes vary due to factors outside Zuca’s control.

Q. Do your products come with a warranty? A. Yes, all new products come with a one year manufacturers warranty.
