Your parcel will be delivered by New Zealand Post. All our shipments have individual tracking numbers which are sent to you with our despatch confirmation email. Tracking numbers can be checked at http://nzpost.co.nz/tools/tracking. Upon delivery, the goods must be signed for. If a signature cannot be obtained at the time of delivery, a card will be left informing you of how to collect your parcel. Parcels will be held by each of the delivery services for their maximum hold time. However, should you not respond to their respective calling cards and the parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, postage charges will be payable for re-dispatch. Postage charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.

We take great care with packing our orders. Should your parcel contain a damaged or faulty item, please don't hesitate to email or call us.

If the product is faulty, we will of course replace it. In the case of faulty items, please attach pictures of the fault so that the item can be assessed before a replacement is approved. If you have simply changed your mind, we will exchange the product as long as it is in the original packaging & has not been opened. Bedding & Pillows cannot be exchanged for health reasons. The customer is responsible for the return shipping to our warehouse in Sydney. Returns that are damaged or soiled (including packaging) may not be accepted & may be returned to you.
