Payment instructions are automatically sent to customers within a few minutes of auctions closing and we ask that payment is made in full within 3 working days. Please ensure that you include the exact auction number on all bank deposits to avoid confusion. It may take a couple of days for your payment to appear, especially payments made over the weekend or public holidays.

Internet Banking / Direct Credit: Full Payment Instructions are auto emailed to all winning bidders. Credit Card via Pay Now: Available via Trade Me for most products. EFTPOS / Cash on pickup: Available at our showroom, but you may need to wait while your order is processed for collection. Pre-payment is recommended.

GST Tax Invoices:

We are a GST registered company and tax invoices are provided on request.

Courier post is our desired shipping provider. Shipping prices are shown on product pages and confirmed in the checkout before making payment. Shipping times are between 1 to 5 working days depending on the size of the item and your location. Rural delivery on courier items can go direct to your door, however carrier items go to the nearest depot to ensure we offer the best available shipping prices.

Returns

Our 30 day money back guarantee gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we'll happily provide you with an exchange or full refund. We offer a 30 day returns policy for items in unused, resaleable condition. The 30 days starts from the date delivered or collected and items must be received back before the end of the 30 day period. All returns must come back in unused, resalable condition in original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, the best thing to do is contact us and we'll be happy to do our best to resolve any issue.

Warranty Policy

We offer a minimum 12 month parts and labour warranty on all products. We will repair or replace faulty goods within their warranty period. Exception may be made in the case of damage to or misuse of the item, problems caused by the use or misuse of the items, negligent operation, inadequate maintenance, commercial use or unauthorized repairs and modifications. Warranty returns must first be approved by a Buy & Save representative. Our team of experts will organize a suitable solution for you depending on the issue. In the case of repair you will be required to return the unit to one of our service agents. We will then repair or replace the item and get it back to you within a reasonable timeframe.
