We endeavour to get all purchases sent out the same day (Mon-Fri) or the next working day for any orders after 3pm.

We will email you with tracking details when your parcel is ready to be shipped.

Delivery time is usually 1-2 working days from time of collection for North Island non rural customers and 2-3 working days for South Island.

Rural customers allow for addition 2-3 working days depending on your area.

Please ensure you supply your full name, correct delivery address and a contact number to ensure your delivery goes as smoothly as possible.

We always try and make sure your parcel gets to you in great condition, but occasionally things go wrong. Please check your parcels thoroughly at the time of receiving it from the courier.

If your parcel is damaged or we’ve sent an incorrect item please take a photo of the damaged / incorrect item and contact us ASAP to arrange replacement.

No refunds or returns will be given if you’ve just changed your mind so please select carefully.
