GST: We are a GST registered company and tax invoices are emailed through.

Most of our orders are processed on the same day as we receive the order. If your order has been placed after 3pm, it may be processed the next business day.

Free pickup is available during business hours from our Palmerston North store for all items.

Standard urban deliveries will receive a $10 shipping charge. Rural deliveries will be charged at $17.50.

We offer free shipping on orders over $99 to residential and business addresses in New Zealand

You can combine shipping on multiple items but must pay freight on at least one item, unless your combined item value is over $99

All tyres will be charged at $20 nationwide.

All orders are sent via courier and you will be provided with a tracking number for your order as soon as we receive it.

We cannot send items to P.O Boxes, if you enter a P.O Box we will contact you for an alternative residential or business delivery address.

Order Cancellation:

Orders are processed automatically and cannot be cancelled once shipped. Please choose your items carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Times:

North Island deliveries: Please allow 2-3 business days, depending on the item size and delivery location.

South Island Deliveries: Please allow 3-5 business days, depending on the item size and delivery location.

Rural delivery times depend on your local carrier, and how often they deliver.

We understand from time-to-time products may need to be returned.

Any goods purchased from Courtesy Motorcycles can be returned within 15 days of the original order date for refund or exchange. On the basis the goods must be returned new, unused, not been installed to a motorbike and with all of the original tags and packaging along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please email or call us if you need to discuss a return.

Please note clearance items, sale items or special orders cannot be refunded or exchanged.

The customer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning any item(s).

Returns are also able to be made in-store.
