Payment terms – payment instructions are sent to winning bidders immediately the auction closes.

Please

• Make payment promptly so we can despatch the items sooner rather than later
• Include the auction number so we can track your payment.
• Record your address details accurately.

Payment Options – Internet banking, direct credit, Pay Now, Visa, Mastercard, or cash on collection.

Packing and Shipping – all items are well packed for shipment, all packages will include a GST invoice, and shipping is by PBT, Post Haste Couriers or Mainfreight.

Cancellation and Returns – will be considered case by case, within 7 days of the close of the auction. If a return is authorised, freight costs will not be refunded unless we have made a mistake, and the item must be returned intact and unused in its original packaging. Return of “specials”, “factory seconds”, and “end-of-lines” will not be allowed.

We will place feedback on all auctions and ask that you do the same.

All our products carry a warranty against faulty or defective manufacture . The warranty term is included in the item description. We have a warranty claim procedure which requires the buyer to contact us as soon as the defect is identified. The buyer will then be instructed on how the claim will proceed and be dealt with. Warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, misuse, incorrect use, neglect or lack of proper care.

All information supplied to us is private and confidential between us and the buyer, and will not be given to any third party.
