Payment Instructions are automatically sent to all buyers within a few minutes of auctions closing. Please ensure that you include the exact auction number on all deposits to avoid confusion. It may take a couple of days for your payment to appear at our end if you don’t pay via Ping or ANZ.

We use a variety of couriers depending on the size and destination of your order. Shipping prices are shown on the listing pages.

We accept a P.O. Box as a delivery address.

Over 90% of our orders are dispatched the same or next business day after payment has been confirmed. Delays may occur during peak times i.e. Christmas.

An automated email will provide you with the courier and tracking number of your order.

Where listed, we offer the ability to pick up, available to Christchurch only

Additional to our legal requirements, If you’ve changed your mind, we will accept a Return (at the buyer’s cost) within 14 days provided the item is unopened, unused and in a mint re-sellable condition.

If the item arrived faulty or did not work as intended, we will arrange for the repair or replacement of your item after it has been returned (at our cost) and tested.
