Price policy

The prices indicated on the derlook site are those established for consumer sales

The applicable sales taxes are not included in the prices displayed. DerLook reserves the right to modify the prices of products available on its site at any time, without prior notice.

All prices quoted on the derlook site are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST.

Any prices that are displayed as $0.00 are a result of system error. While we take every effort to ensure accurate website pricing, erroneous pricing terms such as $0.00 products will not be honoured.

Delivery charges and services

At DerLook, we strive to arrange deliver of your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible. We review each order individually; we factor in destination, weight and size of items. Shipping charges and delivery methods may be upgraded in the Checkout. Consolidating items in your order will provide better shipping rates and times.

The exact shipping amount for your entire order will be calculated and displayed at Checkout.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us - we want to make your online shopping experience as pleasant as possible. all merchandise is inspected prior to shipping. in the event that there is a problem upon receiving any order please contact us promptly to resolve the issue. Incomplete Order

In the event that we are unable to deliver a product, the DerLook Customer Service will contact the client.

Product in Good Condition

Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. A product ordered by mistake, provided it was in good condition at the time of receipt, may be exchanged or refunded in person at DerLook store or via our online store. However, the product must be in original condition and packaging, and returned with a proof of purchase (copy of e-mailed confirmation or invoice printed through the site) within 7 days. If no proof of purchase is presented, then no refund or exchange will be processed. Client is responsible for all charges incurred to return merchandise to DerLook. Important: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable DerLook does not refund handling and delivery charges billed by DerLook for a product delivered in good condition that is exchanged or reimbursed.

Missing Product in the Delivered Order Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. A client must contact us if there is a missing product in the order. Two options are available:

1. If the client wishes to replace the missing item, then DerLook sends the product and covers all delivery charges relative to the new shipment. 2)If the client no longer wants the product or if there aren't any left in stock, DerLook reimburses the purchase price of the product as well as all the delivery charges for the entire order (including taxes).

We keep you informed Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an email to confirm your order details, including shipping and delivery time for each item. Once your item has prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information. You'll see your tracking number, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, estimated shipping, delivery dates, the shipping method, and package tracking information for items that have shipped.

Shipping and delivery estimates The delivery date is an estimate of when your payment has received. The items on your order will ship as they become available. Items that ship within "24 hours" are estimated to ship the same or following business day. Target delivery time 1-3 working days for all parcel. All estimates are based on business days

How can I track my order

As soon as your item(s) have shipped, we'll send you a Shipment Notification email that includes the estimated delivery date and tracking number.

What time will my order be delivered?

For orders shipped to a residential or office address, deliveries are made between 8 am and 5 pm. You can check the estimated delivery date and carrier by visiting carrier company website, for the latest status of your order. DerLook and its carriers are unable to provide an exact time of delivery. Our carriers cannot make a call prior to delivery.

Signature on delivery

Most of our shipments contain valuable items. If you will not be home to accept delivery of your product, consider shipping your product where someone you trust will be able to sign for your package. For your convenience, you may prefer to have your order delivered to your office address. Please note, if you choose this option, goods may be left with Reception or the Mail Room. Delivery to a PO Box is not permitted for security reasons.
