The seller was very prompt & friendly with communications. Unfortunately, after I placed and paid for my order, he sent me a communication that he was out of stock with the item. He said it might be in stock in a month or two and for me to check from time to time to find out.

Very happy with goods and sales experience - from buy to delivery. 22/11/24: An update. Unfortunately had a bad memory (intermittent errors in ECC RAM that are difficult to pick up). Brendan from EncoreIT was just brilliant to deal with in terms of warranty provisions. Replacement memory was arranged and the PC has since been operating perfectly. The post-sales service here was exceptional and I will absolutely deal with EncoreIT again for future recycled HW purchases.
