We accept a variety of payments to make your purchase easy. We currently accept the following payment methods:

Afterpay AMEX Cash on collection Visa Debit / Credit Mastercard Debit / Credit

Payment is required before delivery or collection. If you would like to collect your purchase from our Auckland boutique, cash is accepted.

Pick up is available from our Auckland boutique at Victoria Park Market Monday – Friday between 9am and 4pm.

If you would like your order delivered, we use NZ Post Courier which is next day delivery for the main centres and up to 3 working days for rural delivery.

We charge a flat fee of $5 per order for our next day delivery service.

If you’re not happy with your order you can return it to us within 7 working days. Once received and in a re-sellable condition, we will refund your payment method and this will be processed within 3 working days.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible with a photo of the damage and we’ll send you a replacement.

Can I have a look at a product before I purchase? Yes, of course! Our retail boutique is located at Victoria Park Market, Auckland. We’re open Monday – Friday 9am to 4pm.

Can I include a gift message with my order? No worries – please let us know what gift message you’d like and we’ll include it when we send the order.
