• Visa, MasterCard We currently accept Visa and MasterCard via TradeMe’s Pay Now option.
• Direct Credit & Internet Banking Payment Instructions for Direct Credit and Internet Banking payments will be sent to you via TradeMe at the close of your purchase. You will be required to make payment of the total cost of your order, including postage directly to our nominated bank account.

Please use the transaction number, and your full name as a reference against your deposit. If you don't we may not be able to identify your payment. Your order will be dispatched promptly when we receive your payment, usually the next working day.

• We aim to despatch all our orders the day that payment is confirmed in our account. We dispatch all orders Mon to Friday by 1 PM with track and trace service. Orders received outside these hours will be dispatched the next working day.
• We have free shipping on orders that are above $50.
• Our delivery is a no signature required service. This means that the courier will generally leave your order at the front door or letterbox.
• Unfortunately, our courier services will not deliver to P O Boxes so a street address is required for all purchases.
• Please ensure you choose an address where someone will be present to receive the delivery, such as a work address. Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address, Goodthings takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur.
• Delivery to rural addresses and remote areas can add additional time to the delivery and customers who live in these regions need to be aware their delivery times may be longer.
• We are predominantly an internet-based business; however, we allow pick-ups for local customers by arrangement. CHANGE-OF-MIND

• The returning item/s must be in an unused, unopened condition with original packaging and accessories and are 100% suitable for resale.
• Refund issued will be excluding shipping
• Change-of-mind returning condition does not apply to products such as edible products, products that in relation of personal hygiene, fragrances, skin care, cosmetics, personalized products; also, does not apply on free shipping promotional products and clearance products.
• A product cannot be returned if it has been engraved, modified, damaged, altered, or re-sized.

DOA / DAMAGED / INCORRECT ITEM

Goodthings is trading upon good faith and in cases where product isn’t received being functional, we are happy to honour our obligations to you under both the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair-Trading Act 1996. Upon receiving your order and in cases such as Dead On Arrival (DOA)/ damaged in transit or incorrect item received, you are required to contact us as soon as you can and give us a chance and reasonable time frame to make things right for you.

• You will be required to provide us images and description of the item/s involved within 30 days upon receiving shipment.
• We will not accept any return without prior approval from our Customer Service Team.
• Warehouse will reject unauthorised returns on their site and sorry we won’t be responsible for shipping for unauthorized returns
• Please note that we may require you to demonstrate the problem and we do reserve the right to test on the returned product which please kindly allow up to 3-4 working days to process
• Please note that if you have damaged or disposed the original packaging or have not included the accessories that originally came with the product, only a partial refund will be granted
• In the case of approved refund, it will be issued either as PayNow Refund or direct credit bank transfer to original purchaser.

• Can I pick up? We are predominantly an internet-based business; however, we allow pick-ups for local customers by arrangement.
• Do you have a phone number I can contact you on? Goodthings aim to operate fully online basis, however if you have questions regarding payment or need to clarify something you do not understand, we can be contacted by email.
• Will I receive a Tax Invoice with my purchase? Yes! You could request that from our Customer Service team or you will find this invoice enclosed in an envelope on your parcel upon arrival.
• Can I combine shipping? You sure can for small items, our general rule of thumb for combined shipping is you will pay full postage for the item with the highest freight PLUS $1 shipping for additional item you wish to add to your order. Please note, larger items will have different combined shipping rates or cannot be combined at all.
• Do you offer layby? Unfortunately, we do not offer layby however we do offer AfterPay for most of our listings.
