Shipping Times

Products are shipped within 24 hours of your purchase confirmation. Products purchased on a weekend or a public holiday will be shipped on the next available working day.

We use a tracked, overnight courier service for the North Island. Please allow up to 2-3 working days for delivery to the South Island.

Restrictions:

Gruzo’s Trade Me store offers FREE delivery within New Zealand only to an Accredited Gruzo Installer. We do not ship to international providers.

Product Installation

Once your product/s have arrived, one of our Accredited Gruzo Installers will contact you with a date and time to book your vehicle in to have your tyres fitted and balanced.

Change of Mind Returns & Exchanges Policy

We will not offer a refund or exchange if you have changed your mind or chosen your products incorrectly. Please ensure you double-check your order at the checkout to ensure you’ve selected the correct products and that these are compatible with your vehicle manufacturer requirements.
