Payment is required to be made within 3 days after winning the auction. Pay by credit card using PAY NOW is recommended to save your time waiting for payment to be appeared on our account, so we can get the products dispatched as soon as possible. We also accept CASH and INTERNET TRANSFER, we DO NOT accept BANK CHEQUE. Our bank account details will be sent to you automatically by TradeMe after the auction closes, payment may take overnight or two working days to be cleared on our bank account.

We ship our products within 24 hours after receiving the payment We will make immediate contact if product you bought is out of stock Parcels will be picked up only on working days and nothing will be shipped on weekends and public holidays If the parcel gone missing on the way to yours or you don’t see anything after 3 working days, let us know and we will track it down for you, every parcel we send out is Track&Trace and will have a tracking number, ask if you wish to know All products going to be shipped will be well wrapped to ensure they are safe on their way so most likely they won’t be damaged during shipping, but if you find out the products are cracked or broken after unpack, let us know and we will sort it out for you.

If you bought the wrong product we can swap it to the right one, as long as you send them back to us at your cost. If the right ones cost more you will only need to pay for the difference and if the right ones cost less we will refund the difference to you. All lights will be bench tested before packing to make sure you receive a good working one, but if the product you receive isn’t what you bought or the product you receive is faulty or not working, we will replace them for you free of charge if you let us know within 5 working days. Refund can also be provided but not if you simply changed your mind. Products returned must be clean, undamaged and good condition for refund. Products sold at special or promotion price won’t be offered to refund but can be returned for store credit.
