Courier / Shipping

All products will be sent within 3 working days, usually products will be sent within 24 hours of an order been received. In the North Island delivery will be over night, and two days in the South Island, (these times exclude RD addresses, this is dependant on your rural delivery service)

Every item that you purchase at Irrigation Express is 100% satisfaction guaranteed.

You may return new and unused items sold by Irrigation Express within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging, in new condition. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, otherwise it is up to you to ship it to us. Just e-mail us to get a return Goods Authorisation number (RGA number), please reference your order number and supply a detailed list of what you are returning and why.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to your courier. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Courier Expenses: If you make an ordering error or change your mind and wish to return items, you will be required to pay the shipping expense. Also if you return the large portion or an entire order, and we paid the shipping, we may deduct charges from your refund.

Product NOT acceptable for return:

A. Goods that have been invoiced from more than 60 days. B. Goods that are dirty or damaged which are unsuitable for resale.

How to return an Item:

Please e-mail us an RGA number. If we are replacing or exchanging an item, we may send you a courier ticket for your return, so it is important to contact us first.

Please include the following information in your e-mail:

Order or Invoice number.

and your

Name Address Phone Number E-mail Address

When and whom the purchase was made

Reason for the return

Please specify whether you would like to exchange or a refund. You can speed up an exchange by placing a new order with your bankcard or by bank payment and return the unwanted and merchandise for a refund.

Upon receipt of your e-mail, an RGA number will be created and e-mailed to you. please include a copy of the RGA form with your return and make sure the RGA number is clearly marked on the packing list and all boxes.

Products received that do not conform to the above guidelines may result in the shipment being returned at the customers expense.

Q. We have an Irrigation plan, can you let us know what products we require and price them. A Yes we can make a list of the products from the plan and price these for you. All you need to do is scan the plan and email it to mailto:support@irrigationexpress.co.nz, (you can also post a copy to us)

Q. Can I pay via credit card. A. Yes we accept Visa and Mastercard.

Q. There are products that I require and they are not on your site, can you help? A. Yes we can either put the products on the site or send pricing and details to you directly.

Q. Do you have a shop or show room to have a look at the products. A. Yes we do, we have a store in Mount Maunganui and you are welcome to come anytime during normal working hours.

Q. How can I be sure that I will receive what I ordered and that it will be good quality? A. If you have any problem with your order you can return it for a full refund, (if returned in good saleable condition)

Q. How long does shipping take? A. We generally ship within 24 hours on overnight couriers in the North Island and 2-3 days for South Island Delivers. If you require a quicker delivery please contact us and we may be able to organise this for you.

Q. Do you ship internationally? A. Yes we do, just send us an email with which products you would like to order and we can let you know the final costs including shipping.
