We are committed to giving our customers peace of mind, we know it’s not always easy buying online. To take away any stress or uncertainty if you are not happy with your purchase simply return within 10 days for a full refund!!

Return & Exchange Policy

You are welcome to return your online order for an exchange or store credit for any reason within 10 days of the purchase date. You have 10 days from the time your package arrives to return your item for full refund. We also offer an exchange for store credit only within 30 days after purchase. All sales are final after 30 days.

Certain promotions may mean an item is unable to be returned - if this is the case it will be clearly stated with the item details during the promotion period. We will cover the cost of return shipping within New Zealand if the item is faulty. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover or reimburse the cost of return international shipping, or accept liability for customs duties or taxes.

All returned jewellery items must be in the same condition as was sent to you. No jewellery will be accepted for return if it is damaged, altered or worn. Once the item is received, we will check the condition of the item and issue a refund, less any sizing charges if applicable, within 3 days of receipt. If you have any questions regarding these procedures please do contact us.

Special Orders:

We regret that special orders on our pre-loved & custom made range are not refundable, however in some cases they are returnable for store credit within 30 days (a re-stocking fee may apply). A special order constitutes any custom made piece, pre-loved gemstone, watch, gift item that has been altered at the clients request.

Do you accept lay-buy, payment plans? Yes, we do. We accept instalments on a case by case basis, usually weekly, fortnightly or monthly, with a negotiable timeframe of 3-12 months. To discuss what works for you please contact us.

After I place an order, when can I expect to receive my item? We endeavour to dispatch items within 7 days providing payment has been cleared. If the piece requires a valuation or alteration please allow up to 14 days.

How long does re-sizing take? Sizing can generally be done in 5 days, depending on the workload of our jeweller.

Will my purchase have a gift box? Yes Definitely, all our items will be securely packaged and presented in a quality ring boxes. If you would like free gift wrapping, do let us know!

Are your stones genuine? Yes, we guarantee our gemstones and diamonds are natural genuine stones. It will be clearly stated if the piece contains glass, synthetic stones as is sometimes the case in vintage and antique jewellery.

Can I come an view your pieces? Yes and no, some items are help locally in Cambridge and can be viewed. However, others are held in other locations and are not available for prior viewing. Please contact us to enquire about viewing a particular piece.
