Layby terms : 4 weekly payments. First deposit within 3 days after the auction finishes. This is strictly non refundable if trade not completed.

GST receipt can be suppied on request.

Bedding items we send with PBT couriers , Bathroom cabinets we send by Fastway couriers. Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO boxes. Rural delivery may attract additional fees. Most shipping fees are available in our listings,

Courier delivery is usually within 3 working days.

Rural delivery could take additional 2-3 working days. Getting things delivered on time is important to us, but we can’t guarantee delivery times as we use a third party shipping company. So we can’t be held responsible for any loss, cost or expense caused by delay in delivery.

Our delivery costs cover North and South Island and does not cover any outer Islands.

If the product is damaged in transit, please do not sign for the delivery and have the courier return the goods to us, contact us and we will organise a replacement to be delivered. On signing for the delivery, you have accepted that the product is in good condition. If the product we sent out was damaged please do let us know within 3 working days so we can have this rectified.

CHANGE-OF-MIND

The returning item/s must be in an unused, free of fragrance smell, unopened condition with original packaging and are 100% suitable for resale. Refund issued will not include any shipping fees Change-of-mind returning condition does not apply on free shipping promotional products and clearance products. A product cannot be returned if it has been modified, damaged, altered, or re-sized.

FAULTY / DAMAGED / INCORRECT ITEM

If you have an issue with a product, we are happy to honour our obligations to you under both the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1996.

If item/s received are found to be faulty; please contact with us as soon as possible via email with description of the issue and photographs of the faulty item/s or part/s. We will organize delivery of a replacement and arrage pick up the faulty item free of charge.

• We will only refund if we can not repair or replace the item.
• In the case of approved refund, it will be issued either as PayNow Refund or direct credit bank transfer.
