Payment Instructions: Payment Instructions are Automatically Sent to all Winning Bidders within a few minutes of auctions closing and we ask that payment is made in full within 3 working days. Please ensure that you include the exact auction number on all deposits to avoid confusion. It may take a couple of days for your payment to appear at our end if you don’t deposit via ASB.

• Pay Now
• Pay & Collect with Cash only.

Goods will be dispatched within two days of payment being received. Most goods will reach the purchaser within three to four days of making payment. However for rural delivery please allow an extra day. If for some reason your goods do not arrive during this time please email or phone us.

Collection of goods: You are most welcome to collect your goods direct from our warehouse. Our hours are 9am to 5pm week days, please phone 09-5511791 prior to coming.

Courier Deliveries: All Courier Deliveries are generally sent the same or next working day once payment has been sighted and not prior, however delays can occur during our peak times i.e. Christmas.

Deliveries require a signature on arrival & nothing is sent via standard post. If you will not be home between 8am-5pm Monday-Friday to accept the delivery then please have the goods addressed to your place of work, otherwise you will be expected to chase up the courier. Track and Trace Numbers will be supplied upon request. Courier fees include quality packaging & are combinable where possible on application.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it or provide you with store credit/ refund.

Return shipping is customers responsibility & Cost. Returns are ONLY accepted within 7 days of receiving the item.

The item has to be provided in the same condition it was in when purchased i.e. Brand New/ package to resell. You may not return: sale items, or any items marked, stained, used or torn in any way.

Once your return is processed, you will receive an email stating that you have store credit and or your refund has been processed.

Refund Option A: Bank Transfer refund – A 10% of purchase price is charged and deducted on refund as handling / Initially shipping and restock fee.

Refund Option B: Store Credit – will retain 100% of purchase price
