Items are posted dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria(Some items can be shipped through the Auckland warehouse) to New Zealand wide via Australia Post on the next business day after receipt of payment, and the Tracking will be provided once the order is fulfilled.

Please ensure that you are providing the correct delivery address before making payment, otherwise late delivery or cancel order may occur.

Due to different distances, products usually take 1-2 weeks to arrive, and delivery may be delayed in case of special dates or circumstances.

Please open and inspect all parcels before signing for the courier delivery and if damaged in transit please ensure the courier has recorded this and notify us immediately.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you may return or exchange any product within 30 days if you changed your mind, as long as the item is in resalable condition and is returned in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the original and return shipping charges and a restocking fee of 10%. This also applies to orders canceled during transit. If your original purchase price includes shipping, please contact us to confirm the original shipping cost. A refund, credit, or replacement will be issued after we have received the package and confirmed the item is in a resalable condition. Returns will not be accepted if you contact us after 30 days of receiving the item.

If we sent a faulty or incorrect item, we will pay for return shipping costs. The item will then be replaced or a full refund or credit provided, including the shipping cost. Please contact us ASAP if you would like to make a claim.

1.Is the product priced as a set? Yes, the price on the listing is for a set.

2.Is delivery free? Pls don't worry, all product are free shipping to New Zealand.

3.How long does it take to ship my order? Orders will be dispatched from Melbourne(or North Island) within 24 hours of receipt of payment (excluding weekends and holidays), it usually takes about 1-2 weeks to NZ.

4.I received a faulty or incorrect item? If you think you have received a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible. We usually reply within 24 hours.
