Our goal is to make sure you receive your online order as quickly as possible. Most orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days of order placement.

Your item will be sent via courier or Australia Post depending on the item.

Buyers will be able to trace the delivery online with a unique tracking number.

Buyers have the full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address and mobile phone number on the checkout page before payment.

Courier providers (not Australia Post) normally contact the buyer prior to the delivery day.

Any changes to address after checkout will not be considered as valid. Please be aware that PO Boxes cannot receive items above 25 kg or longer than one metre. We highly recommend that you change your delivery address to a workplace for items that are large and bulky prior to purchase.

A re-delivery fee will be charged to buyers for items that are deliverable and/or returned due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful delivery.

Items will only be delivered during normal business hours (9am-5pm) on weekdays.

Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.

Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. In this page you will find details about how to return or exchange your purchases made online.

You have the right to return any item shipped by us within 14 days, as long as it meets the following conditions: – Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

– The returned items must be in new, unused condition unless the item is damaged or defective.

– The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached.

– The returned items must be in its original packaging, including all original packing materials, manuals and accessories.

– All shipment cost must be made prepaid

When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details: Your full name Your order number Reason why you are returning the product Your instructions notifying us how you would like the issue resolved (I.e. a replacement, refund or an exchange).

Exchange an Item If you need to make an exchange, please return your original item and place a new order for the exchange merchandise online. If you want to exchange for a different size or color, you still need to return your original item and place a new order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items If the item you received was damaged or defective, or if the item is not what you originally ordered, please contact ObboMed for returns, and whether you require a refund or a replacement*.

We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the item to return it to us. We’ll also refund the return shipping cost, because the return is a result of our error.

Refunds If you request a refund, the purchase price (including delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions 1-5 in above section “Return an Item”.
