Standard shipping rates are as follows: $5.99 for NZ-wide tracked courier (no signature required) $9.99 for rural delivery tracked courier (no signature required)

For bulky items or heavy boxes, an additional fee will be charged when shipping to the South Island.

Overnight delivery is available for many orders, and orders placed during the weekend and orders with bulky or heavy items going to the South Island will need an extra day to be delivered.

All orders are to be shipped through a tracked courier service and all tracking numbers will be provided upon shipping.

In case the purchased item is received faulty or does not work as intended, OffTheBack will arrange for the repair or replacement of the item. All costs, including the return of the item, are covered by us.

In case you have changed your mind regarding the purchase, we accept returns within fourteen (14) days. The buyer covers the shipping cost of the return and the item should be unopened, unused, and brand new condition.
