Bought 3 dampers, all 3 arrived with the motor housings split apart in the exact same place. Seller did send 3 replacements, but of those 3 one was also split & one had an electrical fault, so out of 6 I have only 1 good working one. Not sure if they're selling factory seconds, or just got a bad batch. The seller is now blaming me for the faults, saying I must have installed them wrong, despite me explaining that they haven't even been installed & sending photos of them as I unpacked them.
