it's been 3 weeks since purchasing these items. there has been no response from this trader after paying for the product. Have filed a disputes report with trademe. This trader is not recommended.

It's been over a week since we won this auction. We paid $250 straight away. Despite several e mails and phone calls to the vendor, we have had no contact. A dispute report has been filed with Trade Me. We do not recommend this trader.

Nightmare trade. Purchased 5 weeks before Christmas to organised. Chased them up multiple times to ensure arrival before holidays & they sent Christmas Eve. Needless to say it didn’t arrive by Xmas an now I’m back (had to purchase the same item locally) it’s an unbranded item - not the one I purchased! I rang store but got another run around… very disappointing & I’ll never deal with these guys again

Once they have your money they have you by the balls.I hit buy now on the 18th of Nov and received item on the 19 Dec I never bothered to call them I had the same shitty service when I brought my condor I was made to look like the bad guy laughed at this place sucks I brought these just see how long it took I still get shit from temu way faster than the clowns at this Circus don't bother shopping here on line I'd be careful buying anything in store worth any value the after care is rubbish also
