Deliveries will be made by post / a carrier instructed by us to the address stipulated in your order. You must ensure that someone is present to accept delivery, as a signature is required for most items.

If we are unable to deliver your order, we / or the carrier will contact you to make other arrangements.

Most items give you the option of collecting your order from the closet post office if your not home.

We may deliver the Goods in installments if they are not all available at the same time for delivery.

The ownership of goods passes to you at the point of dispatch from our facilities. You may choose to insure the package at the checkout / payment point.

We will send you a message by email to tell you when we have despatched your order.

• Ordered in specifically for you.
• Ordered or altered to your specification;
• Opened unwrapped or otherwise sealed electronic media such as software or DVD.
• Seal cut or broken
