For our Plumbing World Trade Me Store, we accept two payment methods: Ping and Afterpay.

We are not able to accept Plumbing World Store Credits, Gift Cards, promo codes, cheques, direct bank transfers and/or eVouchers as a method of payment on Trade Me.

Shipping charges are is calculated for each item purchased. Standard delivery times are targeted at 3-7 working days and Bulk Items may take up to 10 working days. Due to COVID-19, expect delays on receiving orders. Please allow 2 extra working days for rural deliveries. We will liaise with you should any unexpected delays arise.

We are able to deliver to New Zealand only. Delivery addresses must be physical addresses, we are unable to delivery to Private Bags or PO Boxes. All deliveries are sent tracked and therefore a signature is required when the goods arrive.

Cancelling your order

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. If you cancel before your order is dispatched you will receive a full refund. However, if the goods have already been sent, the delivery fee will be incurred and a refund of the product only will be processed.

Returning Goods

Plumbing World will accept returns within 30 days where the goods are in their original, saleable condition including original packaging. It is your responsibility to return the goods and the purchase receipts either via tracked courier to our warehouse or to your nearest Plumbing World store. Refunds will be for product only, no refund of delivery fees is payable. Re-stocking fee may apply.

Exchanging Goods

Plumbing World will accept returns within 30 days where the goods are in their original, saleable condition including original packaging. It is your responsibility to return the goods and the purchase receipts either via tracked courier to our warehouse or to your nearest Plumbing World store. Refunds will be for product only, no refund of delivery fees is payable.

A new order will be created and charged.

Damaged Goods

If the product(s) have arrived damaged, we will ensure your receive a replacement. Contact mailto:info@plumbingworld.co.nz within 12 hours of receiving consignment in order to receive a complimentary pickup of faulty/damage goods, include relevant details such as order number, proof of damage, pickup address and available times. Requests for complementary pickups outside of this 12 hour window will be authorised on a case by case basis. Alternatively, return faulty/damage goods to your nearest Plumbing World store. Once we are notified it will take up to 5 working days to send you the correct goods.

Dispatch Error

If we have sent you an incorrect product, we will endeavour to correct this error. Contact us within 12 hours of receiving consignment in order to receive a complimentary pickup of incorrect goods, include relevant details such as order number, proof of supply/dispatch error, pickup address and available times. Requests for complementary pickups outside of this 12 hour window will be authorised on a case by case basis. Alternatively, return incorrect goods to your nearest Plumbing World store. Once we are notified it will take up to 5 working days to send you the correct goods.

Why did I receive two order confirmations?

We process our Plumbing World Trade Me Store orders through our Online System, there is no concern for receiving communication from Trade Me and Plumbing World's email regarding your order.

How much are delivery fees?

For items purchased on the Plumbing World Trade Me Store, North Island items range between $10 - $50 and South Island range from $10 to $80 per item (unless specified). Subject to change.

How long does it take to deliver an order?

Delivery times are expected to be between 3 - 5 working days. If you have made a recent online purchase with us, you can view the status of your order by following the link on your order confirmation email or by signing into your Plumbing World account. Changing delivery address

It is possible to change your delivery address after submitting your order. However, there is a small window to do so. You need to contact us promptly via email stating the new address.

Do we deliver to PO Boxes?

Delivery addresses must be physical addresses, we are unable to delivery to Private Bags or PO Boxes.

Plumbing World prides itself on the quality of its product. All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If you are having an issue with a product, or believe it is faulty, please contact your closest Plumbing World branch and we will assist you through the warranty process.

Where it applies, The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 sets out minimum standards for goods sold by Plumbing World Ltd. In the event that goods sold are deficient or are faulty, we stand by our obligation to repair, replace or refund.
