All payments, except Lay-by, must be made in full within 2-5 days of the auction closing. When making a deposit please use the auction number or your Trade Me username as a reference, if you are unable to do so - let us know so we can identify your deposit quickly.

*Visa or Master card accepted with 3.5% extra *Eftpos, Cash (cash only with pick ups) *Bank deposit to our Bank Account *Company or personal cheque by post will be held for 7 days to ensure your Cheque clears. Please include your name, auction number, phone and address on the back of your Cheque.

Lay-by

Yes, you are welcome to lay-by. A 30% non-refundable deposit of the total price is required. Customers must pay in full within 8 weeks from the date of the auction closing. If you change your mind or give up the order, the 30% deposit is not refundable.

Packing & Delivery All products are either in stock or if ordered will take 4-6 weeks after order is confirmed.

Auckland Area We deliver all items some areas of Auckland only for $125 . Please discuss us the freight charges as they vary. Please note only one driver for delivery. you must be present to help lift the couch. Advise in advance if u is on 2nd floor or if the access is narrow as the charge will vary. The shipping times vary according to carriers' availability and can sometimes be from 2-5 working days. If that is not suitable, we would recommend liaising with freight companies yourself or arrange pick up. Please send us your address and phone number ASAP if u want me to arrange the delivery.

Outside Auckland Area Please liaise with the freight companies directly.

Pick ups If you are collecting goods, please email or call me to arrange a time for pickup. We can only have one truck loading at a time. All goods must be picked up in 5 days. You may choose to bring cash for pick up only if you are picking up in 2 days or else deposit the funds in the account.

Please ask for a quote or refer to specification in each auction. In the unlikely event that your purchase is lost in transit we will do our best to locate it, and if required place a claim. We do not offer refunds until the delivery company have completed their investigation, and a claim has been paid out. We will maintain correspondence with you during this time, keeping you fully informed of all progress.

Return or Refund Policy We aim for 100% customer satisfaction, in the unlikely event that an item arrives faulty we will replace or exchange if your:

*Item is damaged or Item is defective *You notify us within 7 days *If your item is unable to be replaced, we will offer you a refund. We will do our best to resolve any problems as quickly as possible. *We will not refund if: You simply 'change your mind'. Item was 'not what you expected it to be' or 'not what you imagined it to be'. Please ask all questions before bidding.

Tax Invoice Tax Invoices for GST and Income tax are available on request for all purchases.
