Payment Options Purchases can be made with online banking ( Bank details emailed to winning buyers ) , Cash , Eftpos , Credit Card – Visa & Mastercard and Paypal. Please make sure when paying Bank deposit / online transfer that you use the Auction number as the Reference as this will slow down the delivery of your product if no such number is used.

Auctions bought on Saturday / Sunday or public days will not be sent out until the next Working day. Auctions need to be paid for within 5 working days from time of purchase unless otherwise agreed – in cases of the last item in stock and non payment after 5 working days from time of purchase the Auction will be Relisted . Purchases can be paid for in store during working hours only.

Pricing/Invoice: We strive to price competitively within New Zealand but if you find the same product like for like on brand cheaper than ours let us know , chances are we may be able to better or price match. All prices are NZD GST inclusive and invoice given on request.

Product is shipped courier with tracking number same working day funds showing in our account. All international orders are shipped Fedex or UPS. Orders are only shipped Monday to Friday.

All Purchases

Please choose carefully as we do not refund unless your items are faulty. We are happy to exchange your items to the same value of or greater at our physical store, (excluding electronics & Sale / Clearance items ) within 7 days of the date you received your order, with proof of purchase, providing the items are in their original unused & unopened condition which includes all manufacture packaging.

If you cannot get to our physical store, you can post any item purchased online (excluding electronics & Sale / Clearance items) back to us within 7 days of receiving your order .Exchange items to the same value of or greater than your original sale will be posted back to you at the cost of the buyer – Excluding faulty items which will be posted at our cost .Postage is Non Refundable.

Please note that we do not have a letterbox so parts must be returned during working hours .

Items Purchased at a special or Promotion Price may not be returned unless faulty.

If the items are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

In the unusual event of item not fitting as intended through manufacture defect of part or change of mind on purchase we do not cover Labour for Remove and refit of supplied item back to original item / resupplied item .

If the Product is faulty or damaged upon delivery please notify us within 7 working days and we will strive to fix the issue . If a replacement part cannot be supplied then a refund will apply. If the part has been self damaged/abused this is a warranty void. Electrical items are excluded from the above unless proof of fitting from a registered motor industry professional. Warranty does not cover Labour costs. Warranty items are Return to base only at your cost – this is non refundable.

MTA approved labour receipt to be supplied with warranty claim .

Redline performance is not held liable for injury / death / damage to person or property resulting from supplied parts . 12 months warranty from date of purchase only on all parts supplied unless otherwise stated.
