Resto Country was first established as Kingswood Country in 1986 as an Auto Dismantler and retailer of new and used parts.
We are a family owned and operated, independent business located in Melbourne's South East suburb of Moorabbin. We have since grown and now specialise in replacement parts for your for a large range of older model cars, which predominantly include Holden Kingswoods, Commodores, and Early Fords.
We work hard to ensure we have a wide range of products that are as close to original as possible so you can find what you’re after and keep these beautiful cars on the road. To do this we source products from a wide range of suppliers and pass our savings onto our customers. Some of these suppliers include but are not limited to; Holden GMH, Ford, Rare Spares, Mackay (OEM), Gates, KBS Coatings, VHT Paint, Speco, CPC, Bosch and many more.

We operate out of our shop/warehouse where we dispatch worldwide daily.

We accept payments through Ping & Afterpay. Ping allows you to pay instantly for your purchases by credit card, debit card, or bank deposit on Trade Me.
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and are GST inclusive.

From 1 December 2019 our TradeMe prices will include GST as TradeMe are now required to collect GST on all international purchases by Kiwi buyers. GST will be applied to the total purchase cost, which includes both the item and shipping.
Customs will not collect duty or charge the Import Entry Transaction Fee on goods valued $1000 or less unless the goods are part of a large consignment.
Processes for collecting GST and duty on consignments valued above $1000 do not change. On purchases where the total value is over $1,000 NZD (shipping costs are excluded from this), customs may charge the buyer any applicable tariff duties, import entry transaction fees and biosecurity system entry levies at the border.

DELIVERY. The usual delivery time once your order has been dispatched is 4 – 10 business days to most areas but can take longer for some rural delivery areas.
TRACKING. Parts are sent by DHL and delivered by NZ post. All of our deliveries have individual tracking numbers which are sent to the email linked to the order with our dispatch confirmation email. Please check your junk folder if you haven’t received it. Tracking numbers can be checked at:

UNAVAILABLE ITEM. In an unlikely event that your part becomes unavailable or goes out of stock after purchase we will contact you and offer the option of full refund or to wait for the part.
CHANGED MIND. Items can be returned to us for a refund or store credit. Returns due to change of mind or incorrect selection; the buyer will cover shipping costs of the returned product. Items will only be accepted if they are returned in original condition, unused or marked.
FAULTY. Send an email to mailto:nz@restocountry.com.au with clear photos of the fault(s) and include your order number in the subject line. We will get back to you as soon as possible. We will replace your item if the item was found to be faulty or non-functional within 14 days of arrival date. Buyer to cover shipping costs, each way, for warranty purposes after 14 days.
NEW PART WARRANTY. All our items are covered by manufacturer warranties for peace of mind. The period can vary according to the part but as a minimum (unless otherwise stated) we cover all parts with a 12-month replacement warranty on new parts. As is the norm for manufacturers warranties, we cover replacement of the part only and no warranty is offered for any labour, fitting or damages cost. Obviously, we are not liable for any losses or expenses incurred due to defects or any third party claim. All our warranties are limited and do not apply if the parts are not installed correctly, abused, damaged, not correctly maintained, not operated within manufactures specifications or installed on modified or high-performance engines, vehicles or race cars
INCORRECT SUPPLY. If we stuff up and send the wrong part to you, generally the part will need to be returned before correct item is sent – we will replace your item including the shipping costs if notified within 14 days of arrival date.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. Please inspect your parts immediately when you receive them and send an email to mailto:info@restocountry.com.au with clear photos of the damage(s) and include your order number in the subject line. Please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

LEFT or RIGHT To work out what side is which on your car – it's from the perspective of the driver sitting in their seat. i.e. The driver’s side = Right; and the passenger side = Left.
Can I Pick-up my parts? All our parts are located in Moorabbin Australia, so pick up is not available.
How do I know my order has been shipped? You will receive a notification and shipping email when your order has shipped. You will receive a tracking number, which you can click on to track the delivery of your order.
My part hasn't arrived If your parcel is taking longer than estimated and your tracking information isn't helpful please feel free to contact us and we can get to the bottom of it for you.
I have a faulty part, what do I do? No-one is happy when things don’t go to plan, but we will do our best to help fix any problems. Send an email to mailto:nz@restocountry.com.au with clear photos of the fault(s) and include your order number in the subject line. We will replace your parts and shipping costs if the item was found to be faulty within 14 days of arrival date. Buyer to cover shipping costs, each way, for warranty purposes after 14 days. Do you carry items in stock- Yes it most cases we have the stock in store or available quickly offhand- in some cases we might sell out and do not have a chance to withdraw the auction. We will work with you to fulfil the order or offer a full refund.
