Ping is the preferred way to pay as it allows us to confirm receipt of payment and allow our team to speed up the dispatch of your goods.

We do accept payment via internet banking, our details as follows:

Upon receipt of payment, your goods will be dispatched the next working day.

We deliver by courier and only within New Zealand. Our delivery charge is as stated on the individual listing. We endeavour to deliver all orders within 2 to 5 working days from receipt and payment confirmation.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes. All deliveries require a signature. If there is no one at home to sign for the delivery, a card will be left with instructions on how to collect your parcel. If your goods arrive damaged, please contact us and we arrange a pickup of the damaged product and delivery of a replacement.

Please choose your item carefully as we do not refund for “change of mind” purchases. We will gladly exchange product if you have ordered the wrong size providing that the item is returned unused, unwashed and in its original sealed packaging. Returns must be made within 7 days of invoice date and will incur extra shipping costs.

If any good are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act and will be replaced or refunded at our discretion. Please contact to arrange pick up of returns.

SleepSafe Mattress Protectors and Pillow Protectors are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for as long as it is used domestically for a period of 5 years from date of purchase.
