Payment Options

We prefer payment by Paynow but we can also accept cash, all major credit cards and eftpos if you are collecting. Full details for making online or phone banking payments into our account are provided in the email sent out after each auction closes.

Auction Close

At close of auction you will be sent an automated email with instructions on how to make payment via either Paynow or Direct into our bank account. If you don’t receive this email please check in your spam / junk folder.

Payment Received

When we receive your payment our system will send an email notifying you that the payment has been received (this can take up to 72 hours after you actually make the payment depending on which bank you are with, especially over weekends) if you make a payment and haven’t received an email saying we have received it within 72 hours please contact us asap.

We use Fastway Couriers & Streamline Freight for all parcels. We can not deliver to PO Boxes nor do we offer standard Post. We can not guarantee overnight or Saturday deliveries.

Delivery Window is generally 2 – 3 working days from when we dispatch, for rural deliveries you should allow 5 working days. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within this time frame pleased contact us immediately as it is much easier to find lost / missing parcels within a few days of sending them out than several weeks later.

Combined Shipping…

We offer combined shipping where practical.

New Goods – We exchange, refund or credit where new goods have been incorrectly described, are faulty or different from the sample shown to you. We do not refund if you change your mind or chose the wrong size or colour.

Used Goods – All used goods are sold as is where is and are not subject to any refund or return. It is encouraged that all used goods are viewed prior to purchase.

Insurance Claim Goods - Our Salvage Goods are sourced from Insurance Claims, Liquidations or Surplus Stock/Clearance Items. All items are new but may have damaged packaging or slight imperfections/damage. Surplus Traders takes no responsibility for damaged goods and has a NO REFUND policy for our Salvage Goods. We recommend all Salvage Goods are viewed in store before purchasing or shipping.
