We accept Afterpay and Ping payment.

Products are shipped directly from Melbourne, Australia. Delivery timeframe will take about 10 -14 days.

We use a variety of couriers depending on the size and destination of your order. Shipping prices are shown on the listing pages.

We do accept a P.O. Box as a delivery address.

Over 90% of our orders are dispatched the same or the next business day after payment has been confirmed. Delays may occur during peak times i.e. Christmas.

An automated email will provide you with the courier and tracking number of your order.

Pick-ups are not accepted unless specified on the listing.

All items if returned must be accompanied by the buyer’s name and return reasons. Items returned without detailed information will be delayed in processing or be ignored.

If the buyer had a wrong purchase or changed their mind please contact us within 30 days after the original transaction date. Products must be returned at the buyer's cost in 100% complete condition, including all components, original boxes, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. Original Freight costs are not refundable under any circumstances and buyers are responsible for paying the return shipping.

If the item was received defective or was sent wrong, please contact us with photo evidence within 7 days of the item being received.
